Edinburg is open 11 AM–8 PM. Mission is open Mon–Sat 11 AM–8 PM and Sun 11 AM–7 PM. McAllen is open Sun–Thu 11 AM–9 PM and Fri–Sat 11 AM–12 AM. Each location stays open at times that make lunch, dinner, and late bites easy for anyone in the area.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! This place is AMAZING...The food is better than any other BBQ place I've eaten!!! If you're in the mood for brisket, pulled pork, fajitas, Mexican, tacos, fried fish, shrimp and burgers ACE BBQ is the place to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place has been opened since 2011 and I just found out about it. It's a hidden gem in Edinburg and I LOVE IT!!!😋
